Pay is terrible for industry standards and work/life balance is terrible. Benefits are horrific . So many individuals simply do not do their jobs and continue to be employed. Communication across the organization is terrible. High turnover in all departments. There is so much internal chaos due to lack of good processes being in place. I would avoid here unless you plan on it being a stepping stone or something convenient for a short time. The HR department is a mess.
