Pros
Great support from management, one day per week remote, lots of opportunity to make an impact with your work and bring new ideas to the table, own your work and do it independently, no one's breathing down your neck, managers will do everything in their power to give you learning opportunities and make sure you get the most out of your experience.
Cons
I don't really have any cons! Salary is a bit lower compared to larger companies in the Bay Area, but this is a small East Bay company so not unexpected.

The amazing team at Connext helped me through every step of my early career process from interviewing to onboarding and even thereafter. They've always supported the moves that were in my best interest and made sure that I landed in great positions where I felt I could thrive.
