      Disappointing Experience

      Pros

      great corporate culture in terms of comeraderie amongst colleagues and direct managers.

      Cons

      upper management is not dependable and disinterested in its employees. Be wary of promises made in hiring- they are rarely kept.

      Place in coming down after massive leadership changes

      Pros

      The product is not great, but it has it own potential of being something really awesome for our clients. Team is nice and some of them actually show talent.

      Cons

      Conduit Leadership lost it and basically shows the door to whoever disagrees with it. Industry leaders where let off although good performance and support from the rest of the team. The higher 10% are currently looking for new opportunities and soon no one will want to join.

      They provide their own equipment

      Cons

      After you start working, they actually cut your pay by $3 an hour. And pretend that it was a signing bonus for the first 3months.
