1. The owner is literally insane. I have never seen a bigger disconnect between reality and perception. - when you are hried on you are given no guidelines. But your responsibility is to EVERYTHING. If you dont do something the way he would like you're immediatel yelled at. Its never a respectful adult conversation, its you getting yelled out and cut off and shouted down when you try to speak. On my first wee there a backup of the bosses hard drive was done incorrectly by someone else. I was given the job midstream and not told it was the owners computer. The drive wasnt imaged someone just copied the data on the drive to abackup folder. So, i installed a new drive and copied the data back over. When the owner came to check on it I got chewed out for not following "standard operating procedure'. I let the owner go on and on because he wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise. When I finally told him I'll fix it but all of that was unnecessary because I was not part of the backup process he then yelled at me for not taking responsibility........for someone elses work. - you're not truste with anything. You cant even bring your cellphone into the work area. There are cameras everywhere, and you're always treated as though you're a theif. 2. The work area is disgusting and literally just a junkyard. Its freezing cold, there are leaks everywhere. 3. you're forced to do work and charge dishonest prices depending on whatever bills the owner has to pay the owner is always talking about family business this and that but its not. it's just this dude with dillusions of grandeur. This is not a place anyone should work unless you're desperate. but you wont be there for long.
