      Good culture driven by consistent top leadership which has adapted well to a changing a market over the years. A good environment to gain experience and grow a career,

      Not the best for pay. Not the best benefits and perks.

      A globally recognized name in the IT industry. A lot of opportunities, and good exposure to the industry and cross-functional teams. Nice office and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Doesn't provide enough for entry-level employees. Doesn't really care about your personal growth. Lacks of communication between departments. A lot of things are not as organized as you expect. Compensation is not as competitive as others.
