There are none - it was an overall negative experience
Cons
People are very disingenuous. Company touts itself as flexible and flat-structured with wide ranging opportunities - this is all false. You will be expected to work regular overtime without compensations. Penchant for micromanaging. Complete lack of basic support or onboarding. No feedback or explanations ever. People are rude and mean under the guise of being jobsworths.

Some of the co-workers are alright.
Cons
Hierarchically leadership from top, favors some co-workers. Chasing project coefficient and you get little time to develop. No self-development opportunities.
