      Small company, so a lot of face time with experienced coworkers willing to help you learn

      Small company, so very clique-y. If you're not in with the right people, you don't elevate in the company.

      Interesting business model Aerospace Engineering very high tech

      Cons

      Company was fun before bought out by Kratos who is entirely stock and shareholder focused. Plays out like a TV Drama. No room for growth. Ego driven. Project management is practically non existent.

      Cons

      "Home-grown" manufacturing management terrible, hiring un-qualified cronies, neighbors, family. Manufacturing management allows bullying of, and hostility toward other employees. Employees who attempt to be professional are ridiculed. Do not adhere to DOD contract requirements, contract compliance is non-existent!
