Pros
I am a Hungarian designer, partly socialized in The Netherlands. I committed to using design as a toolkit to make personal and community involvement in sustainable solutions easy, educational, and fun. I started to experiment with indoor composting technologies and combine them with gamification. In this role, I can support company goals in a uniquely formed way and build communities internally on the team level and via collaborations with urban communities.
Cons
The challenges taught me a lot; I know it's a cliche, but most are factual. The ongoing evolution of the value proposition and product market fit is not an easily describable position to lead and support. Still, I feel gifted with it, taking care of it with all the best I can provide with continuous self-reflection and readiness to develop myself.
