Working for a Chinese managed business culture in America doesn't work. Plus, BD doesn't exist in that culture. Big picture is not seen and inexperienced management that makes reactive decisions. They can't compete in the heated geopolitical climate with their shady business culture and how they only protect their own. I achieved all my performance goals and was cut EOY. I'm a rehire, aka proven entity, yet you can't speak your mind for positive change and the fear culture is real. Product Management doesn't exist and products are sketchy and inconsistent like the management. The fear culture is real and this is not an "American" company. And not the old CG legacy spirit. I'd stay away from this one all together. Element, ONT, PacBio, and ILMN are better options.
