      Friendly employees, able to work remote, great compensation

      poor work-life balance, lots of wasted time on projects then never materialize, management is severely lacking in IT knowledge and understanding

      Benefits, Lots of trips/work events

      Cons

      You will not be hired back if you quit! They look at employees as just a number. If you leave you can be replaced and will never be hired back, no matter your qualifications. They have multiple levels of unnecessary management. Drink the Compeer Koolaid and you’ll succeed, but if you have any kind of opinion what-so-ever they will force you out.
