      Poor Management: Lack of clear communication and disorganization in leadership. Salary Delays: Inconsistent salary payments, even in PF amount. Amount was getting deducted from salary, but was found in account after multiple request and enquiry. Delayed FnF Settlements: Full and Final settlements were delayed, reflecting poor HR management.
