My team leader was amazing and helped to build up a huge international sales market. We hit sales targets continually and had a good culture. There is many times for international travel.
Cons
Long schedule and in Korea they dont pay overtime.

Pros
Growing publishing company with good results especially on the international markets. Good benefit packages for staff including chef in cafeteria who prepares lunch and dinner, contribution to health care. Good culture with friendly staff. Flat organization where CEO and senior leaders frequently work hand in hand with junior staff.
Cons
Some segments of the company are not operating efficiently and these issues bring down the other segments that achieve well. Work/life balance can be a crunch in peak times.
