There's not much pressure to preform as a Dutch speaking person

Compensation for your countries bank holidays, bad management, HR doesn't care about you, people who have been working here for a long time are starting to leave, that's how bad it's getting

You basically have to make 170 calls/day to different companies and offer services they didn't ask for. You have a monthly goal (around 5k) and after reaching it, you have an extra goal (3k) that you need to do and you will receive +50/100 euros/month if you reach it. In short: not worth it. Supervisor is arrogant and only treats you well if you sell something or treats you like trash. Management is even worse because it lacks the ability to work with people. In the office, it's a toxic and very sexist environment - I felt bad several times around the management.

Ownership sees employees as headcount and have 0 integrity, and HR will stab producing employees in the back for voicing their feedback on their fraudulent behavior, as companeo had engaged in fraud against its employees for years and got caught.
