Worst company I've worked at, yet.

Pros

- Decent salary package - Remote work possible - Nice teammates

Cons

Very disorganized company, mainly due to horrible CEO and senior management. The product strategy seems random, new companies get bought, half integrated then the whole team kicked out. "We're a start-up, we have no time." is a common phrase you will hear, without really a solution (prioritization, focus and a plan mission) Mac (CEO), appears to be just living off the investment and telling himself that he is building a company, while in reality he is actually just burning other people's money.

Low ambition, low achieving, high stress, high turnover

Pros

Very good salaries with little effort.

Cons

Appalling unorganized mess, commsor is afraid of launching anything that might mean it has to look after anything except leadership egos. On the other hand has zero fear of firing and hiring at whim, contradicting things said even days before. The strategy seems to be grind through employees until someone magically makes something that can be sold to someone. It won't happen. Every single one of the leadership for all the companies that commsor bought have left, been fired, or bought out. There is an AWOL culture where valid employee questions are deleted, no HR or career development (beyond the firing team), and pure hypocrisy from leaders about what their values are vs what they actually do.

Pros

- Good compensation - Great people, lots of talent, and work culture - Fully remote-friendly

Cons

- Lack of focus and bad communication - CEO (Mac Reddin) does not care about the product(s) at all - Everyone who has gone against the CEO has mysteriously been laid off - All of the good talent has either been fired, left, or is not being allowed to work at their full potential. - HR/CEO promises no lay-offs will happen but there have been at least 4 ever since I was hired.
