      nothing to do any work. just coy and paste..

      Cons

      late night work... means your time is 9hr but you have to work aprox 15hr+ regular late night.. some times you have to spend 36hr in company.. enviroment is not too good. every employee in this company is frustrated... they will told you that today you have to go on client location but when you will reach their then you have to spend your hole day and night work...

      First year good to learn.

      Cons

      Same resource, many projects. Lot of work, less increment. You have to work min 12 hours to consider good. Many Engineers leave in first month.

      worst compnay in the world.there is not work environment. upper management thinking is all employess are slaves or donkey. forgots your personal life ,if you have join commdel, there is no comb off your saturday, sunday, and night work.

      Cons

      there is worst place for your career. HR and Finance person behave like they are slaves of upper employer. they want to hire slaves not professional. there no value of skilled employees. only value is of flatterer in commdel.
