      Pros

      Cutting edge company with Great Leadership. Partners are well respected and experts in their fields with excellent reputation in the industry. Fun, cool offices with a modern look with a culture that's full of passion and energy.

      Cons

      Fast Paced atmosphere which may not be for the typical Charlotte, NC person. They have lots of A-list clients globally which means that you may have to take a call at 10pm at night or on weekends. So if you're looking for a 9-5 place this is not the place for you.

      - Command Partners invests in its employees' growth - A nice combination of agency-life flexibility along with corporate-like benefits - The people...from leadership to most recent hires...are awesome

      Cons

      - It's the hardest yet most rewarding job I've ever had - Dealing with the stress when some client's expectations are not grounded in reality

      Pros

      Definitely work hard-play hard environment, but lots of creativity and energy flow in the office. The Crowdfunding team works on widely varied projects with a ton of passion, and the Search team really enjoys local involvement.

      Cons

      There can be long hours with some clients, with their global reach and time zones.
