My experience with Comfort Wave Home Services was extremely disappointing due to the overwhelming dishonesty and lack of integrity from both management and HR. Leadership operates behind closed doors, manipulating narratives and silencing valid concerns instead of addressing them with professionalism or transparency. The company has only been in business since November 2023, yet has already experienced major turnover — losing the Marketing Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager all within weeks of each other. That alone should be a red flag. Comfort Wave’s culture is driven by manipulation, poor leadership, and a complete lack of accountability. HR is not a resource for employees but rather a tool for management to deflect responsibility. Individuals falsely claiming job titles use their positions to protect leadership instead of upholding any ethical standards. The so-called “Ethics Line” is performative at best — designed to monitor complaints, not resolve them. Concerns are ignored, swept under the rug, or twisted to fit false narratives. There is no genuine support for those trying to do their jobs with integrity. What you see from the outside does not reflect the toxic environment inside. If you're considering working for or partnering with Comfort Wave, I strongly urge you to proceed with caution. The public image is a façade — the reality is anything but ethical or professional.
