Used to be good, but not anymore, with tons of lies

Pros

The company used to be good. People here were nice and friendly, not anymore.

Cons

The debt of multiple replacement of CEO are delegated to the employees, meaning we all have to suffer from it, without knowing the truth. Current c-suites (no longer Jo which stated in Glassdoor) made tons of lies and false promises, put all of us off as long as possible, always being ambiguous on different questions and decisions, and contradicts their own promises everytime when they make new promise. The company does not value their employees at all, and only believe in making the customer happy. Without happy employees, there are no happy clients. They only force you to work overtime and work over the weekend, without providing reasonable compensation.

Pros

always work from home policy

Cons

- The management level of this company is more than the staff - There is no BA and lack of documents; They required the developer to use the same man-day for tasks after lay-off all the BAs - Super chaotic JIRA flow; every task is separated into solution design, development, and QA tickets, which makes it extremely difficult to trace everything, including task descriptions and comments. - micromanagement; requires everyone to report their task and details on daily standup and timesheet - Always schedule a meeting during lunchtime for the staff in the other time zone.
