Lots of training to keep pace with changing technology and job demands. Concern for employees' safety and well being, ensuring we were all set up to work from home and fully supported during quarantine. Good pay and benefits.
Cons
Office can be chilly. Traffic getting to the office is usually fine, but can be very heavy if there are events happening at Montage or the stadium.

I have worked at ComServe for almost 7 years now, the experience that I have gained is immeasurable. ComServe is a contact center that provides operational and call center support for two leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry. The training is in depth and extensive in a small group setting with additional support from senior members of the team before starting to work independently. Once you are working solo the experience gained through peers, management, and customer interactions builds a foundation that allows you to flourish. This is a great environment for anyone who is looking for experience in the pharmaceutical industry and loves customer service!!
Cons
Office is located on top of a heavily traveled mountain. Allow for additional travel time in the morning.
