Great for people seeking a temporary position, like younger folks looking for a summer job.
Cons
Management seriously cannot communicate. They will change your job title, responsibilities, hours, and pay without notice. Titles are very ambiguous, you will most likely be asked to take on responsibilities beyond your scope or training, without compensation or weekly hour limit adjustments. This has been the experience of many employees. There is a high turnover rate here and MGMT complains about the consistent reliability of employees, however they set you up to fail with lack of literally any training, while expecting you to teach subjects you have no experience even learning.
