MD is literally micro management down to the number of trash can in the office and try to cover lots of areas that he doesn't understand. Worst talent retention due to the management thinks everyone is replaceable and achieving financial "goal" by cutting essential cost to run the business. Almost 90% of the graduates decide to leave the company to seek better opportunities. Almost 70% of the sales department are not functional or barely functional due to the management forcing unrealistic strategy and cause either individual employee or entire team leaving the company.
