I recently worked at Collegedunia, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The company's policies are quite concerning—they can terminate employees without any prior notice, creating an unstable work environment. The office culture is plagued by politics and unethical behavior from a few senior employees, making it difficult for new hires to thrive. Expressing your opinion is a challenge due to the hierarchical structure, and some long-standing employees actively hinder the growth of others, regardless of their performance. Despite working hard and delivering good results, recognition is rarely given. Instead, you are quickly reprimanded for even the smallest mistakes. Overall, Collegedunia's work environment is demotivating and unsupportive, and I would not recommend it to prospective employees.
