Everything, extra work, poor management specially CEO

1) HR team needs to think more for employees. They are not concerned with employee's issue. They don't even try once. Employee in this case will feel disconnected. 2) Accounts team should introduce more tax saving options. 3) Policies are not clear to employees. Policies should be documented in detail and should be shared with every employee.

So if you are looking at the ratings right now , just a reminder a couple of months before , it was 2.8 , most likely the positive reviews are made by HR's forcing employees to give positive reviews. Let's start : 1) Dying Industry: Ed Tech in general has hads it run , CollegeDunia has no further chances of growth. 2) Low Pay , if you have recieved your offer , that in itself should speak volumes. ______ These are just the minor grievances , if these aren't convincing enough , I will further elaborate on why you shouldn't join this company 1) Clueless CEO : The CEO in general is extremely toxic , everyday some TL( Team Lead) is getting blasted , which in turn translates through the levels to you. 2) Toxic Managers : You will be micro-managed at every possible level. 3) Incompetent HR's : The HR department is pretty clueless , rather than addressing the employee grievances , they will in turn reverse the blame on you. "Manager is making you work late" : "Please come slightly late in the morning and try to recover your sleep on the weekends." 4) Bad WLB : 6 days working , even if it's alternate Saturdays , you should expect and respond to respond to Slack on the weekend. 5) Hire-Fire Policy : So this by far is the worst thing about the company , whenever their margin takes the slightest hit , expect a layoff. Not at senior levels , oh no , they are safe. If you are earning more than 5lpa , you are a target regardless. Expect it to be a L-La company. 6) No specified product : Their core business has taken massive hits since ed-tech starting declining , since then they are venturing into every known territory known to man.

Zero professionalism you can hear business head hurling abuses inside office premises .The name briefly tells the company structure similar to college no structure no senior management to guide and device business process flow with incompetent HR system. .The company makes fool out of their clients through multiple fake linkedin google mail id and then they bring business for subsidiary companies by cheating and manipulating clients on false promises and never delivering on any. .The CEO of the firm is clueless and the strategic business taken are A/B testing or his alma mater piggy riding on his firms growth and ideas which never works. .Most bothering part is they hire you for x thing and you end up doing everything except x .The strategic decisions by the leadership team are horrible and they hire and fire people on a quarterly basis. . They have investors who are contractors, builders or politically influenced people who have invested in private institutions or colleges .After 8-9 years they are still running a lead business and are not profitable yet burning cash.

Worst work culture, they threaten you time and again. You have to justify what you have done in a day at 3 different places daily. Worst managers, worst ceo.

Dependency, cant take break. No team management. CEO is arrogant and does not know behave professionally.
