      Friendly people. Rice subsidy. Filipino-owned.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid leaves and HMO until regularization. Very slow company growth. 15-year old company but still small and unknown.

      Management are suffocating, micromanaging everything Unfair business process because they will fire you without precedence The job is stressful but the pay is low The management is demoralizing the employees by not being responsive to queries Top seniors are abusive
