Pros
I was hired by Collabera as MSP Program Coordinator back in May, 2021. I left the company on July 2022. The company really is great, the people I worked with are very professional, kind, patient, determined to win, and most importantly there is this feeling of having your second family away from home. My Manager that time was really understanding, supportive, taught me a lot. My colleague, who is now a Business Manager, was one of my mentors. She is one of the best people I ever worked with. If I can be rehired with the same position I had before, I will do so in a heartbeat.
Cons
There are just a few processes that needs to be enhanced, but all in all I'd say everything else is on the right track. The compensation and benefits, though, needs to be aligned with the current market to be at par and updated.
