Leadership has a lot of room for improvement. They do not know what they are doing as far as direction of the company or how to run a company. There have been multiple portfolio companies shut down with multiple layoffs.
This place is a sinking ship that should be avoided at all costs. Leadership has no idea what they’re doing or how to run a company. Cold Start has shut down multiple business lines in the past 6 months and terminated their employees with little notice or consideration. The company culture is toxic and most people are actively trying to leave.
