"If you fail for whatever reason, fingers will be pointed at you shortly, a meeting will be out in the calendar in the next 5 minutes regardless what time of the day it is or if you were actually doing something productive at that time, you need to drop everything and go to a call to explain management what went wrong, why and they’ll tell you what you need to do next." Pros

Great team with challenging projects but everyone was really supportive of each other. I felt the leadership team were able to provide guidance and support when needed.

Cons

Can be a stressful environment but that is the nature of working in an agency that is delivering products to clients.
