Strong learning opportunities: excellent exposure to end-to-end business process, reporting, work-force management, and analytics depending on the role. Client exposure: Opportunity to work directly with International clients and stake holders.
Cons
High workload: During ramp-ups or client transitions, work pressure can be intense so work-life balance may suffer. Limited acceleration and compensation: Salary increments and promotions may be slower compared to market peers. Cross-team coordination: Challenges with inter-departmental dependencies can sometimes delay decision-making.
