I have been at Codis Group for a couple months now and have only positive things to say. From the start, everyone made me feel comfortable and a part of the team. It's easily the most welcoming work environment I have been a part of. If you're looking for a team environment that promotes personal growth and development, then this is the place for you. It's always clear what I'm working towards and what I need to do in order to get there. More importantly, management is extremely thoughtful and always makes sure I have whatever tools I need in order to be successful. Within my first week, my manager ordered me a new headset and a planner so that I could do my work more effectively. It's not only a place I feel I can grow in, but also a place I want to grow with. Thanks for giving me the chance to be a part of such a great team!

Working here has taught me great communication skills, team communication, and self-management. I learned how to better manage my finances, and have grown my savings and investments. The merit-based aspect is what attracted me to work here. At my previous restaurant job I knew I was working harder than my coworkers AND had to share tips with them… which drove me crazy! I also was not considered for a promotion because the other people I was outworking had simply been there longer. With Codis Group, there is no seniority or discrimination that would limit me from advancing within the company and I was recently promoted into an assistant management position. #woo!
