Pros

Some nice people work there

Cons

There’s a lot of pressure to work harder and harder Constant pressure from the senior leaders, its constant It’s all about the money, they dont do people skills. Non existant They have created a culture committee, the reason is because they have destroyed the culture and now asking what they need to do to rebuild it.

Pros

Immediate team members are really nice and remaining long term employees are excellent at their job.

Cons

The company leadership team has completely changed and is now driven by people who do not care about low level employees, you are under pressure to deliver unrealistic targets and will be fired if you fail to deliver them. The talk about being “customer centric” is completely ironic as the company seeks to overcharge customers wherever possible and hide this with complicated billing and reporting. Staff turnover is extremely high, experienced people are leaving and are being replaced by outsourced people purely to maintain a head count. Even people who were busy have been fired because a cheaper alternative can be found externally to the UK.
