Nothing good to work here.

Cons

The work environment here is quite disappointing. There seems to be very little understanding or consideration for employees issues or problems, and the HR Manager function appears to play a limited role in addressing employee problems. Additionally, the culture of excessive micromanagement makes it difficult to work efficiently and independently.
