      Family-like environment. Dedicated employees willing to go the extra mile to get complex jobs done. The cleanest, most well organized manufacturing facility I’ve ever seen.

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership resulted in sale to private equity, making a few people rich while the rank/file suffered with mixed messaging and constant change.

      Poor leadership, constantly changing goalposts, outdated ways of thinking by the management, management talk to staff like "things" contractors are treated 3rd rate (normal employees are 2nd)

      Flexible work schedule, pretty good team of people.

      Poor leadership at the senior management level, business model is weak, hire and fire keeps happening several times a year. Struggling to pay vendors.

      Great people and steady work

      Cons

      Leadership needs to come out on the floor and listen to what technicians have to say. If you prove to be a good worker at what your doing they don't like to give you jobs cause they are afraid to loose you where you currently work. Need to listen and help move employees towards goal careers they want to achieve better.

      Pros

      Local leadership is very supportive in you continuing your education. You are given 10K per year as long as you pass your classes with an A or B. There is no waiting period like at other companies where you have to be employed a year. At Cobham, if your supervisor approves you continuing your education (degree program) on your second week of employment, you may begin your classes then.

      Cons

      You cannot work remotely unless you are in Sales.
