Pros

No pros that I can think of.

Cons

This place feels like a full blown circus where good people are constantly under stress and afraid to speak up. The owner changes direction nonstop, which creates endless problems and keeps everyone guessing. Management is messy and unorganized, dumping work on people without any plan or clarity. Turnover is wild because leadership is biased and barely values the staff doing the real work. You are expected to figure everything out alone while being overworked and blamed when things go sideways. The constant shuffle of roles, seats, and priorities feeds anxiety and makes it impossible to feel stable or respected. Just go on to a company that will appreciate you and treat you as such an appreciate you and treat you as such an appreciated employee.

Pros

The location is convenient and the team works hard to get things done despite everything.

Cons

Those in charge demand constant sacrifices without giving any support in return. Employees are completely exhausted from trying to meet endless, unreasonable demands. Staff are leaving in droves because no one feels valued or respected.

Pros

A paycheck, experience to put on your resume, coworkers in the same boat.

Cons

This place is hands down one of the most toxic environments you could walk into, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Connections matter more than competence. If you're not part of the inner circle, prepare to be ignored, blamed, or pushed aside. The HR department is a complete joke, quick to spread gossip and incapable of handling even the most basic harassment issues. Leadership's evil attitude trickle down through every department, making it impossible to trust anyone above you. The workload is insane, the structure is nonexistent, and instead of fixing problems. Every mistake turns into a hunt for a scapegoat, and the turnover rate speaks volumes about how unsustainable it really is here.
