Obsolete technologies in main product: Java 1.5, JSF etc
Poor equipment - most people are working on old i5s. IntelliJ community. Always shortage of test environments.
Monolith app, gigantic codebase-build takes 20 minutes without tests on i5, 7min on i7. Full test run takes couple of hours in multiple Jenkins jobs.
Code review is done only by experts(so in fact its none existent).
No time for refactoring.
Scrum-they have all but not scrum (scrum masters there are in fact team leaders, no product owner, demo is in fact team grilling by CEO himself, some teams don't even do daily, none was doing retro).
Micromanagement: CEO takes part in every planing, demo, negotiates every estimation-that results in stress, painting grass green, stress etc. and at the end of the day developers have average 50% estimates overrun.
You have to log your time in one of 30 task categories - insane.
