No teamwork: individual strength is ignored, you need to do all the stuff regardless of function or business. If inadequate manpower, they just randomly find someone to pick up, even if the job doesn't belong to your department. Toxic working culture, the supervisor always blames the underlying for his own mistakes. low pay, no promotion.
