Cons
Training is rushed, no help when ‘qualified’. Expected to travel 3hrs to a job sometimes then get complaints when you’ve not done enough labour hours. Office staff are very cliquey, you ask for help and they just tell you to talk to your team leader. Staff turnaround is constant, people forever leaving. Stay away from this place, very poorly run
