      Pros

      You have periods of little work where you can come in late, fill your day mucking around and leave early.

      Cons

      There is no room to improve your skills or grow your career. There’s lots of inter-personal conflict. Senior leadership love power but have no people skills or experience running a successful hardware business. Direction changes every few months depending on who is talking to the CEO in that moment
