Absolutely horrible management. The current SF group fitness director is the worst I've ever seen. They tried to have no group fitness manager for about a year, and the new one, RG, is worse than no one. There's no support at all. Horrendous Equipment. As mics break, they just buy terrible ones. The clubs are getting old and worn out. Get the best starting salary you can: it's never raised.

-My co-workers (non-management) were amazing. -very nice facility -interesting place to work-most members are nice -great teamwork among lower-level employees for the most part

Cons

-crappy management -terrible treatment of the staff -no room for advancement or growth -crappy benefits and pay -doesn't stand up for employees -throws their staff under the bus -unsupportive management -the outlook for this company is terrible
