Pros

Fun, Beautiful Places, Beautiful People, Sunshine. It's perfect when you want to escape reality.

Cons

Lots of work. No sleep. Overworked all the time. Ridiculous rules for employees, terrible pay. Turnover is very high because management is terrible. You can be very easily replaced and they don't care to keep or hone talent. Nepotism all around.

Meeting a lot of people from different cultures Travel to places Train stamina to work 15-hour days Good training to deal with nonsense Food and accommodation included
