I am sorry but nothing I found to be consider as pros.

Cons

Decision makers are possessive. Once you decide to leave, they change behaviour. Leaders are biased. They won’t pay you as per role/industry standards and still expect to stick with the company. Culture is insecure.

Cons

The CEO abuses people as he likes , He threatens to fire you if you don’t get things done on time You will be micromanaged and are expected to work even after you log out for the day You will be abused in all the internal meetings and the whole management team will make fun of you . You are expected to behave professionally when the management treats you like a slave .

Since it's a growing Organization, There will be a certain pressure to meet Client Requirements. But the management is open-minded and would help in such cases.
