      All Good People are leaving the company from India & US.. God only knows where it's going.. Everyone is scared of internal bad politics Don't stick on what they say.. Difference of message from different US leaders

      Pros

      Open Culture for Politics. If you have US Management's Influence, then there is no body stopping you from doing anything.. Flexi-Timing and some reward programmes.

      Cons

      No sufficient Work for everyone. Partiality and favouritism in Work assignation, H1B Visas assignation, etc. US Leadership is miserable in Management. They took so many wrong decisions in previous months that has cost them good employees leaving the organization!

      Flexi-timing and a good Employee Benefit Programme Good infrastructure facilities

      Cons

      Internal Office Politics being continuously played and supported with No-Action policy has affected the work environment in a very bad manner. No more challenging work for everyone. They just show you big dreams which are no where close to reality.
