Pros

We are mostly using Opensource technologies. The working schedule is flexible enough. Almost all of the employees are working from home. Very good management. It's really a nice place to work.

Cons

The salary is not high enough, even for our region.

There are no fixed business hours, all are flexible as they employ anyone worldwide, but they tend to employ native Russian speakers.

Cons

The company has no effective open-door policy, making it challenging to address issues with supervisors. When conflicts arise, the management tends to rely solely on the supervisor's perspective, without allowing employees to share their side of the story. Also, the company's practice of hiring individuals from various locations on a contractual basis makes it easy for them to terminate employment abruptly, especially when requests are made that may not align with their preferences.
