Pros
I came to join the company a few years after taking part in the race itself as Crew. It's a tight knit team of lovely people who ultimately make the humongous task of what we do achievable and actually as Crew before I joined too, memorable. It was the team that I wanted to join and what the race offers regular people like me, life changing! Unique, fast paced and fun!
Cons
There are few cons for us. On a race year it can be tough and is all encompassing with ALOT of travel. But lieu days are collected and carried over, and a very understanding bunch with life going on!

The brand is great, a really superb product in the race. The customers are extrodinary
Cons
Uncaring and absent leadership team. View staff as just a resource to be used and spat out. No loyalty to some of the longest serving team members.
