Cliftons: great offering, management needs direction.

Decent pay. Good location and good service offering.

Cons

Management is opaque. Do not provide guidance, just orders. Not able to get involved in decision making. Still run by original owner who is distracted by other business pursuits and failed to invest in the growth of the company.

-Terrible management -Executive team will bully staff and are untouchable -So many good employees left because of the toxic culture

Horrendous management - don't listen to their staff Unrealistic expectations No career progression No ongoing training provided let alone encouraged High staff turnaround, you can see why. Insane hours and expectations, you end up doing tasks well outside of the scope of your job description
