      Toxic environment with constant work demands

      There is always something to do.

      Cons

      This business is toxic. It treats its employees horribly and takes advantage of its customers. There are no women working in the Chico (corporate office) because they belittle and harass them to the point of quitting. I also wouldn’t believe any “good place to work” survey because they bribe the employees into leaving a good review and tell them it’s “anonymous” but will directly use that information against you.

      Awesome owner and company to work for Great to be around amazing co-workers Room for advancement Always something new everyday: new customers, new properties, new situations; learn something new everyday as well! Assisting others in restoring and cleaning up disaster situations can be very rewarding Pay can be great
