I work remotely a lot of the time which suits me, and I am also able to flex when I do my work in the school holidays to a certain extent. A small friendly team. Despite not all being the same location we have weekly social meetings, so that different departments get together to discuss topics like your favourite films, like you might over face to face drinks. It is an innovative company where ideas get listened to and implemented
Cons
The office coffee machine isn't great, but there are about 4 coffee shops within 100 metres so it isn't really an issue.
