Pros
- Great medical benefits - Flexible, can work from home sometimes - Some awesome colleagues - Free CP membership - Nice office/ good location
Cons
- Endless issues with the backend, causing studio partners and myself a lot of pain - IT support is minimal, very hard to get an answer/update about tech issues/bugs, feels like a lot of IT issues never get resolved. - A ton of reporting/analysing, building a business case but not much 'doing' - HR doesn't follow through on promises - The company is SO fixated on hitting the targets/numbers, and when you are actually close to hitting the target they change it saying it must have been too low/a mistake and you feel like you're never good enough - Issues with some of the management (condescending, unhelpful etc.) - Being told we need to prove ourselves and defend our jobs, like the job can be taken away at anytime - Very fast pace, feel like you have to work really long hours
