Not a bad company to work for, pay is ok however could be more.

Cons

Frequent redundancies and cutting back wages but expected to take on more responsibilities for this. Staff already stretched to limits.

Very supportive and inclusive employer operating in tough market conditions. Fantastic diversity and carer network with flexible working opportunities. Challenging and varied work. Genuine appreciation for a job well done. Opportunity to work among the best in the industry. As long as there is a role here for me, I'll be staying.

Cons

Lots redundancies of late have impacted the culture and driven a lot of negative views online. Jobs for life are rare though, and sometimes companies need to significantly downsize - especially those that cannot take their long term future for granted.
