Thank you for your honest feedback. Our company is built on the hard work of our employees, and we do our best to acknowledge their contributions and compensate them fairly. We are sorry to hear that your experience with CES has not been up to that standard and understand there is always room for improvement.
We encourage you to communicate with your district manager or contact the CES Hotline to anonymously report these issues so they can be addressed.
Bonus isn’t guaranteed even though that’s what they will sell you on during the interview process. Also if you work all year, they might fire you to avoid the compensation you are due on bonus day.
