      Friendly team and supportive management. The company offers various bonuses and additional perks. Overall positive working environment.

      Cons

      The open space is too noisy and stressful, there is no dedicated quiet or rest area in the office. The salary is below market average.

      Very challenging working environment, little to no meaningful training. Hyper aggressive managers who operate the place like a ponzi scheme. Expect to do overtime ! only place ive worked in with a Rota for overtime ! Bonus is absolutely laughable and no way reflects the overtime given to the company.

      Quality Work and Good Work Life Balance

      I was working with my irish counterparts and the environment was very good with lots of learning opportunities. I joined as Jira SME . Indian IT Manager Mr. Mandar is also a very positive person and supported me in all my endeavours. Had to leave them due to personal reasons.
